Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Flying Colours International. All sales are made under the terms and conditions outlined below. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms, which are intended to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual understanding in all transactions.
1. General Terms
- All sales are expressly limited to and conditional upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
- No additional or conflicting terms submitted by the buyer shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by Flying Colours International.
2. Taxes
- Canadian orders are subject to G.S.T., H.S.T., and/or Provincial Sales Tax, unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided at the time of order.
3. Sizes
- All flags and banners are manufactured within commercially acceptable tolerances. Slight variations in size may occur due to finishing processes.
4. Prices
- All Prices are Net. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Final Pricing will be confirmed at time of Order or by Quotation.
4. Artwork & Customization
Production begins upon approval of suitable, print-ready artwork.
If design files are not camera-ready, additional artwork or setup charges may apply.
All original artwork created by FCI remains our intellectual property and is designated for use by the client it was prepared for.
5. Customer-Supplied Materials
We cannot accept liability for inconsistencies, damages, or results when printing on customer-supplied greige or finished goods.
Our responsibility is limited to the service fee charged for processing these goods.
6. Order Fulfillment & Storage

“Make and hold” orders must include a shipping schedule. All inventory must be shipped within 90 days of the first scheduled delivery.

After 90 days, remaining items will be invoiced in full, regardless of shipment status.

FCI is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, weather, or supply chain interruptions. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Freight & Shipping
All shipments are F.O.B. point of origin unless otherwise stated.
Freight, transportation, mailing costs, and any demurrage charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless prepaid.
Once goods are delivered to the carrier, they are considered delivered to the buyer. All risks from that point forward transfer to the buyer.
8. Delivery
Flying Colours International is not liable for delays during shipment. The buyer assumes responsibility upon handoff to the carrier. Any special delivery instructions must be confirmed in advance.
All shipment shortages – quantity variances – damages -must be reported within seven (7) Business Days of receipt of Product.
9. Returns & Exchanges & Restocking
Custom products, modified materials, and cut yardage are non-returnable.
All returns require prior authorization and a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after the invoice date.
- All return shipments must be prepaid unless otherwise arranged.
10. Product Use & Warranty Disclaimer
All products are inspected before shipment. If an item is found to be defective in material or workmanship, the buyer must notify us within 7 days Business Days of receipt of product.
Upon inspection and verification, Flying Colours International will repair or replace the defective item at its sole discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper handling, or third-party modifications.
11. Payment Terms
Payment terms are calculated from the invoice date, not from the date goods are received.
All payments must be made in Canadian dollars (legal tender).
